Even though you are prohibited on drinking water during the day of Ramadan, you could try these methods to help you ease the pressure
- Drink at least 8 litres of water per day, 4 in the morning before sunrise and 4 in the evening after sunset.
- Avoid hot and spicy food
- Do not add too much salt to food
- Eat fresh fruit and vegetables
- Do not drink all your water all at once or a lot during meals.
